Like a lot of my clients that I’ve been fortunate enough to train over the years, most of them started out gym shy, getting over injury, or just unsure where to start.
And let’s be honest, with all the information available to us it can get confusing what do to and that’s where I come in. I’ll cut through all the BS and design training programs specific to you, meaning you’ll spend less time thinking and more time sweating!
But before you start putting on your gym socks, I’m going to have to let you know my personal training schedule is almost running at maximum capacity, and as a result means it might take me a little longer to get back to you. I know, it sucks. I wish I had more time, but the reality is my time is limited as a result of the high standards of service I aim provide each and everyone of my clients. You see I’m not just spending the 60 minute personal training session with you, I am in the background designing your programs, updating them weekly, and assisting you with your nutrition, aiming to provide the highest standard of service I can.
