Like a lot of my clients that I’ve been fortunate enough to train over the years, most of them started out gym shy, getting over injury, or just unsure where to start.
And let’s be honest, with all the information available to us it can get confusing what do to and that’s where I come in. I’ll cut through all the BS and design training programs specific to you, meaning you’ll spend less time thinking and more time sweating!
Assuming you can survive a 60 minute PT session - just kidding… It doesn’t matter if you want to train once a week or five times a week, I will do my best to enable you to achieve your goals, fitting in your training sessions at times that work with your schedule.
