I’ve been providing personal training for over 10 years now and I’m very lucky to say that the majority of my clients have been with me for more than half that time. Giving me the opportunity to coach them through a variety of goals, either training them once a week or even up to five sessions a week, following a simple and effective approach; to help each individual achieve their goal(s) in the most enjoyable and challenging way possible.

I work hard on designing training programs that will keep you challenged and interested, hopefully having a few laughs in the process! As you’ll find out, I’m not one of these coaches that takes themselves too seriously. I also know how monotonous training can get, especially on your own. It’s easy to forget that you should enjoy exercise, so whatever your chosen sport might be, just make sure it’s fun and thumb wresting doesn’t count!

So if you’ve managed to read this far and you’re still interested in personal training with me, I will now explain how you can.

Once you have completed an online Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q, link here) and you’ve decided which personal training package you would like to purchase, I will then book you in for a 60 minute assessment to gauge your level of: strength, mobility, confidence and exercise preference. After this assessment, I will develop a training program specific to you and your goal(s) for the number of session you wish to train per week.
