Personal Training or Semi-Private Training. Suitable for all experience levels and especially those new to the gym. Before you pay for any personal training with me, you’ll receive a FREE 60 minute assessment session, which gives you the opportunity to try before you buy, and me the chance to assess your ability and design a program towards your goals. Online Personal Training. Suitable for the beginner or someone looking for extra support and guidance. You will receive completely bespoke training programs that are designed for your training experience, schedule (how many times you can train a week) and your goal. Full nutrition support, from calorie and macronutrient targets to meal templates and other non-tracking methods, finding a diet that works for you. You will also have weekly reviews where we will discuss any obstacles with training and nutrition you've experienced and how we can overcome them together.
Training and Nutrition plans. Suitable for both beginners and the regular gym goers. Training programs that range from 1-2 sessions per week to 5-6, and include 83+ demonstration videos (that aren’t long winded) and allow you to grasp the basics to train effectively. The package also includes a total calorie target for you and your goal, designed for your training frequency and lifestyle, it also includes information how to best structure your protein, fats and carbohydrates from your calorie target.
